Immigration Online services fixed
Immigration New Zealand (INZ) is aware that some Immigration Online customers were not receiving email notifications between 5 and 15 December 2023 when there had been an update on their application.
INZ has worked with Microsoft and has now fixed an issue involving some Immigration Online customers not receiving email notifications when there had been an update on their application.
The issue had been affecting some online applications since 5 December 2023 and meant customers may not have been aware they had received correspondence unless they had proactively logged into their online portal.
The underlying issue has now been fixed and means applicants will receive an email notification today for any correspondence that was sent to them between 13:00 Tuesday 5 December to 12:00 Friday 15 December 2023 (NZDT).
