BK9.15 Minimum period of time in New Zealand (26/11/2007)

The principal applicant under each category of the Active Investor Migrant Policy must spend the following minimum time periods in New Zealand in each of the last three years of the four year investment period:

1. General Investor (Active) Category – 40 percent of each year (146 days per year).
2. Professional Investor Category – 30 percent of each year (109 days per year).
3. Global Investor Category – 20 percent of each year (73 days per year).
