A12.5 Applicants must not be charged for forms (04/05/2009)

Regulation 3(1) of the Immigration Regulations 1999 provides that application forms are to be made available to applicants free of charge.

A12.5.1 Supply to customers

  1. All processing offices must supply forms and leaflets to customers in their area of responsibility. INZ customers include members of the public, immigration adviser, travel agents, solicitors or community groups.
  2. When ordering supplies, offices must take into consideration the needs of their customers.
  3. A list of forms, guides and other leaflets will be available for download and use from the INZ website (www.immigration.govt.nz/forms).

A12.5.5 Supplies to immigration advisers

When immigration advisers based in New Zealand require large numbers of forms and leaflets regularly they may request Communication Arts to deliver the forms and leaflets direct to the immigration adviser. This avoids double-handling and the need to have large areas set aside for storage.

A12.5.10 How to order

INZ branches, MFAT offices and external immigration advisers must order their forms and leaflets directly from Communication Arts at the following address: www.formstar.com/dol.

Effective 04/05/2009
