BJ9.30 Compliance with section 18A requirements
- When the principal applicant has satisfied a visa or immigration officer that they have met the section 18A requirements at the two-year anniversary of the investment period and they have held the first Returning Resident’s Visa for two years, they will be eligible for a second Returning Resident’s Visa (see X4.42).
- When the principal applicant has satisfied a visa or immigration officer at the end of the required investment period, that the requirements imposed on their residence permit under section 18A(1) have been complied with, those requirements will be cancelled and the officer will advise the applicant in writing.
