BF1.1 Partners and dependent children (27/07/2009)

Partners and dependent children aged 16 years and over, who are included in applications under the Entrepreneur, Investor, Employees of Relocating Businesses, General (Active) Investor, Professional Investor, or the Investor 2 categories may either:

1. show they meet the minimum standard of English, or
2. pre-purchase ESOL training.
