X4.43 Second and subsequent returning resident's visa (Parent Retirement Category)

  1. Principal applicants who have been approved residence under the Parent Retirement Category will be issued with an RRV current for up to 2 years if they:
    1. held a residence permit at a time which was a minimum of 2 years before the current application for an RRV was made, and
    2. continue to meet requirements imposed under section 18A (see F8.35.10).
