E2.20 Who is not eligible for a temporary visa or permit or exemption (26/07/1999)

Immigration Act 1987 ss 7(1), 7(3), 18

People described by section 7(1) of the Immigration Act 1987 (see A5.20) are not eligible for a temporary visa, permit or exemption unless they have been granted a special direction under section 7(3) (see A5.35).
