U3.5 Offer of a place (24/03/2003)
Applicants must have an offer of a place with a New Zealand education provider, which shows:
- the name of the course and the minimum time required for completing it; and
- evidence that the course and education provider meet foreign student policy requirements (see U5); and
- the amount of the fee for the complete course, or, if the course is longer than one year, the annual fee; and
- whether or not the student has to pay course fees.
