V3.5 Business visitors (26/07/1999)

1. Business visitors who are not considered to be undertaking employment (see W2.1.1) may be issued with a visitor's visa or granted a permit, provided that they stay in New Zealand for no longer than 3 months in any one year.
2. Business visitors who wish to stay longer than 3 months, and all other business visitors, must apply for a work visa or permit.
