A7.75 Queries concerning the Privacy Act

Staff seeking assistance about the Privacy Act should contact the NZIS Privacy Officer in National Office whose responsibilities ensuring compliance by the NZIS with the provisions of the Act, and working with the Privacy Commissioner in relation to investigations conducted in relation to the NZIS.
