R5.25 Reclaiming airfares and expenses
- If a person included in a residence application has been previously removed or deported or repatriated from New Zealand, no visa may be issued or permit granted to anyone included in the application until all expenses incurred by the NZIS in removing or deporting or repatriating them are repaid.
- Any approval in principle letter (see R5.45) must contain the requirement that all costs be repaid and also show the amount to be repaid.
