BA2.5 Temporary entry category (26/07/1999)

The temporary entry category of the Business Immigration Policy is the Long Term Business Visa/Permit category (see BC). This is a special category of work visa, to which the generic elements of work visa/permit policy apply. It is intended that temporary entry under this category will lead to residence under the Entrepreneur category.
