BB5.10 When the two-year investment period begins (26/07/1999)
  1. If the investment already meets the investment requirements, the two-year investment period begins on the date of the letter advising of approval in principle.
  2. If the investment is made after approval in principle, the two-year investment period will begin on the date the investment requirements are met.
  3. The date the two-year investment period begins is specified in the letter to the successful principal applicant that advises of the requirements imposed on their residence visa/permit (see BB6.5.1).
