BE5 General rules for approval in principle and relocation of business (20/11/2002)
who meet the criteria of the Employees of Relocating Businesses category will be advised that:
- their application has been approved in principle; and
- residence visas/permits may be issued or granted once the following requirements have been met:
- the principal applicant provides acceptable evidence that the business has relocated to New Zealand; and
- the principal applicant provides the New Zealand address at which the business operates; and
- the principal applicant pays any applicable migrant levy and settlement information fee; and
- the principal applicant submits evidence that they and any spouse or partner or dependent children aged 16 or over meets the English language requirements (see BF); and
- residence/permits will be issued or granted subject to requirements under section 18A of the Immigration Act 1987.
