BH1 Objective (20/11/2002)

The objective of the Entrepreneur category is to attract migrants who can demonstrate they have been actively participating in business and contributing to New Zealand's economic development.

Note: This category does not apply to persons whose applications are made prior to 20 November 2002 and those people who had a work visa and/or a work permit issued and/or granted under the Long Term Business Visa/Permit category prior to 20 November 2002.
