BI12.1 Evidence that section 18A requirements have been met (04/07/2005)
  1. Within three months after the expiry date of the five-year investment period principal applicants will be required to submit evidence showing they have met the conditions imposed under section 18A of the Immigration Act 1987 in order to have these conditions lifted.
  2. Along with evidence of compliance with the section 18A requirements the principal applicant must provide their passport and those of any other family members that were included in the original residence application.
