F2.25 Application under spouse policy of person eligible for inclusion in an earlier Family Quota or Refugee Family Quota registration

If the principal applicant in an application under Spouse policy was eligible for inclusion in a successful registration under the Family Quota or the Refugee Family Quota, but was not included, they must not subsequently be granted residence under Spouse policy.
