F3.30 Application under De facto partner policy of person eligible for inclusion in an earlier Family Quota or Refugee Family Quota registration

If the principal applicant in an application under De facto partner policy was eligible for inclusion in a successful registration under either the Family Quota or Refugee Family Quota, but was not included, they must not subsequently be granted residence under De facto partner policy.
