FQ5.1 Evidence of identity of applicant(s) (01/10/2001)

1. When lodging a registration under the Family Quota category, sponsors must provide original or certified copies of documents showing the identity of all people included in the registration, such as birth certificates, identity cards or passport identity pages.
2. Other evidence of identity may also be sought by the NZIS.
