X6.1 Holders of current Australian permanent residence visas or current Australian resident return visas
Immigration Regulations 1999 Schedule 1, Parts 1 and 2
Persons granted residence permits because they are holders of current Australian permanent residence visas or current Australian resident return visas may be granted New Zealand RRVs provided that they meet the requirements for first, second and subsequent RRVs (see X4.20, X4.25, X4.30 or X4.35).
