U5.1 Status of courses (05/06/2000)

1. All institutions must certify in their offers of places to foreign students (see U3.5) that the course offered complies with foreign student policy requirements as set out below for different kinds of institution.
2. Visa and immigration officers must check the New Zealand Qualifications Authority publication, Register of Private Training Establishments, to confirm that visas may be issued for enrolments in particular courses.
