N3.20 No appeal against refusal of transit visa
Immigration Act 1987 s 10
- The decision to issue or refuse a transit visa is a matter for the discretion of the Minister of Immigration or the appropriate visa officer.
- An applicant has no right of appeal or judicial review against a decision to refuse a transit visa.
