WG5.1 General rules (29/04/2002)

1. As well as meeting the specific policy requirements for the relevant other category, applicants must also meet the lodgment, bona fide applicant and health and character requirements as set out at W2.10.1.
2. If a job offer is required, the job is not subject to a labour market test, unless otherwise specified.
