WG7.10 Maximum permit duration of the seasonal work permit (SWP) (14/09/2006)

1. Holders of SWPs who wish to apply for a further SWP may be granted a permit until 30 September 2007.
2. All other applicants for a SWP under this policy may also be granted a permit until 30 September 2007.
