BH2.10 English language requirements

1. Principal applicants in the Entrepreneur Residence Visa Category must meet the minimum standard of English (see BF2).
2. Any partner or dependent children aged 16 years and over who are included in the application must meet a minimum standard of English (see BF2) or, where instructions allow, pre-purchase of ESOL tuition (see BF1.1).
