BL7.5 Evidence that the principal applicant has established a business in New Zealand (29/11/2010)
- All documents submitted to prove that the principal applicant has established a business in New Zealand must be produced by a reliable independent agency or professional (for example, a solicitor or chartered accountant).
- Evidence that the principal applicant has established a business in New Zealand may include, but is not limited to:
- a Certificate of Incorporation
- financial accounts
- GST records
- New Zealand Companies Office annual returns
- shareholding records
- other tax records
- The business immigration specialist may request any other documents to support the application.
