BL7.5 Evidence that the principal applicant has established a business in New Zealand (29/11/2010)
  1. All documents submitted to prove that the principal applicant has established a business in New Zealand must be produced by a reliable independent agency or professional (for example, a solicitor or chartered accountant).
  2. Evidence that the principal applicant has established a business in New Zealand may include, but is not limited to:
    • a Certificate of Incorporation
    • financial accounts
    • GST records
    • New Zealand Companies Office annual returns
    • shareholding records
    • other tax records
  3. The business immigration specialist may request any other documents to support the application.
