RA1.5 Currency and nature of a permanent resident visa

The holder of a permanent resident visa is entitled to:

1. travel to New Zealand at any time; and
2. be granted entry permission; and
3. to stay in New Zealand indefinitely; and
4. to work in New Zealand or in the exclusive economic zone of New Zealand; and
5. to study in New Zealand.
