U4.1 Full scholarship students (see U11) (29/11/2010)

The Official Development Assistance programme, for which the the New Zealand’s Aid & Development Agency (NZAID) is responsible, pays most allowance provisions to students including course tuition fees, a living allowance and in some cases, travel costs.
