Y5.10 Effect of refusal to grant entry permission and revocation of entry permission

  1. The effect of a refusal to grant a person entry permission to New Zealand is that:
    1. any visa the person holds is cancelled; and
    2. if the person has arrived in New Zealand, the person is liable for turnaround.
  2. The effect of revoking entry permission on the basis of administrative error is that:
    1. any visa the person holds is cancelled; and
    2. if the person has arrived in New Zealand, the person is liable for turnaround.
