WJ5 Employer responsibilities and obligations (17/12/2012)

For all the responsibilities and obligations listed in this section, where the employer is not a New Zealand company, the foreign employer’s New Zealand Charter Partner (NZCP) must monitor the employer’s performance, including that of their manning agent(s) if used, to ensure they meet these obligations.
