WJ5.15 Arrival of crew in New Zealand (17/12/2012)

The New Zealand employer or the NZCP must ensure that a representative meets each arriving foreign crew member after they have cleared Customs and Immigration, and transports them to the vessel, their onward domestic flight or their accommodation.

Note: Where Foreign Crew arrive with the vessel, as opposed to via a foreign flight, compliance with this section is not required.
