H7.10 Making an application for a variation of conditions (14/06/2021)

  1. An application for a variation of conditions under these instructions must be made by submitting, on or before 31 August 2021, the following to an immigration officer:
    1. a completed form, approved for this purpose and available on the Immigration New Zealand website; and
    2. the prescribed fee; and
    3. the documentation and evidence required to demonstrate that the person:
      • has been approved by the Ministry of Health for early access to the COVID-19 vaccine on the basis of nationally significant travel; or
      • meets the intention of the Ministry of Health criteria for early access to the COVID-19 vaccine on the basis of nationally significant travel.
  2. Partners and dependent children of a person travelling overseas on nationally significant grounds are not eligible for inclusion in a request for a variation of conditions, or for a visa or variation of conditions on the basis of their relationship to a person travelling overseas on nationally significant grounds.
