BN10.20 Noncompliance with section 49(1) conditions (19/09/2022)

If the conditions imposed on the resident visa under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009 have not been complied with at the first 18 months, 36 months, and at the end of the 48-month investment period, the holder of the resident visa may be made liable for deportation.
