BK10.15 Minimum period of time spent in New Zealand (26/11/2007)

The principal applicant is considered to have met the time in New Zealand requirement if they have held residence permits for the length of time as specified under BK9.15.

Note: At the two-year anniversary of the investment period, the principal applicant must have met the required minimum amount of time in New Zealand for the preceding 12-month period.
