U5.1 Status of education providers and courses

  1. All education providers must certify in their offers of places to foreign students (see U3.5) that the course offered complies with foreign student policy requirements for different kinds of institutions (see U5.5 - U5.20).
  2. All education providers offering places to foreign students must be signatories to the Ministry of Education's Code of Practice for Pastoral Care of International Students.
  3. Any queries on the status of courses offered by primary and secondary schools (state, integrated or private) and private training establishments should be referred to the Approvals and Accreditations Service, New Zealand Qualifications Authority, P O Box 160, Wellington.
