G3.15 Evidential requirements for qualifications (04/09/2000)

  1. Evidence of a qualification is the original or a certified copy of the qualification.
  2. If a qualification has been completed at a New Zealand institution, but the qualification document has not yet been conferred, a written statement from the issuing institution that the applicant has met the requirements to graduate may be acceptable as evidence of the qualification.
  3. Other documents that show subjects studied and marks obtained may also be required.

G3.15.1 Evidence of NZQA qualifications assessment reports

NZQA qualifications assessment reports must be originals or certified copies.

G3.15.5 Evidence of occupational registration in New Zealand

Evidence of an applicant’s occupational registration in New Zealand is an original or certified copy of the certificate of registration.
