E4.65 Requirements for having a decision to decline a temporary permit reconsidered
Immigration Act 1987 s 31 Immigration Regulations 1999 reg 19
- An application to have a decision to decline a temporary permit reconsidered must be submitted to an immigration officer, together with:
- the applicant's passport or certificate of identity, and
- the appropriate fee.
- The application must set out in full the matters that the applicant wishes to be taken into consideration, although an immigration officer may request further information.
- The process for reconsidering such a decision is set out at E7.35.1.
