E7.20 Reclaiming airfares and expenses

If a person included in a temporary entry application has been previously removed or deported or repatriated from New Zealand, normally a visa will not be issued or a permit granted to anyone included in the application until all expenses incurred by the NZIS in removing or deporting or repatriating them from New Zealand are repaid (but E7.10(b) applies).

Effective 26/07/1999
