E7.30 Approving an application

Applications for temporary visas or permits must be approved if the visa or immigration officer is satisfied that:

  1. the applicant has provided the evidence required by the policy, and any additional evidence requested by the visa or immigration officer; and
  2. the applicant meets the relevant temporary entry policy criteria as well as the requirements of the bona fide applicant health and character policies.
