P2.30 Terms and conditions of employment under the exchange (26/07/1999)

The organisers of a vocational or working holiday exchange scheme must ensure that the proposed conditions of work for inbound participants comply with the minimum terms and conditions of work provided for under New Zealand employment law. NZIS approval of a vocational or working holiday exchange scheme does not exempt the organisers from this obligation.
