U5.15 Private training establishments (26/07/1999)
- Private training establishments may offer places to foreign students on a full fees basis in any courses lasting 3 months or longer that have been registered under section 186A of the Education Act 1964.
- Private training establishments may also offer places in courses that are not registered, provided that such courses come within the scope of section 186A(3)(a) of the Education Act 1964.
Example: Courses offered by Bible Colleges, which may not be registered but for which student visas may be issued and student permits granted.
