U5.15 Private training establishments (26/07/1999)
  1. Private training establishments may offer places to foreign students on a full fees basis in any courses lasting 3 months or longer that have been registered under section 186A of the Education Act 1964.
  2. Private training establishments may also offer places in courses that are not registered, provided that such courses come within the scope of section 186A(3)(a) of the Education Act 1964.

    Example: Courses offered by Bible Colleges, which may not be registered but for which student visas may be issued and student permits granted.
