U7.15 Revocation of a student permit (01/10/1999)

A student permit holder who breaches any of the conditions of their permit (in particular those relating to attendance and employment) is liable:

1. to have the permit revoked (see D8.10), and
2. to be required to leave or be removed from New Zealand.
