N3.5 How an application must be lodged
Immigration Regulations 1999 regs 3 and 8
- Applications must be lodged in the prescribed manner.
- The prescribed manner is the manner that meets the mandatory requirements laid down for transit visa applications in the Immigration Regulations 1999 (see N3.10.1).
- Applications that are not lodged in the prescribed manner will not be accepted for assessment.
