BE6.5 Cancellation of conditions when conditions are met

1. To allow the conditions imposed under BE6.1.1 above to be cancelled, the visa holder must provide satisfactory evidence that:
   1. they have taken up residence in New Zealand; and
   2. they have been an employee in New Zealand of the relocated business for 24 months; and
2. if the visa holder has been in a position to ensure that the relocating business complied with all relevant employment and immigration law in New Zealand, the business immigration specialist may also request evidence of the business' compliance with these requirements.
