A22.1 Definition of ‘biometric information’

Biometric information, in relation to a person:

1. means any or all of the following:
   1. a photograph of all or part of the person’s head and shoulders;
   2. the person’s fingerprints;
   3. an iris scan; and
2. includes a record, whether physical or electronic, of any of the above things.
