A22.25 Offences in relation to providing biometric information

Every person commits an offence against the Act who refuses or fails to provide biometric information:

1. as an applicant for entry permission under section 111 of the Act; or
2. as a person leaving New Zealand who is not a New Zealand citizen under section 120 of the Act; or
3. in accordance with a compulsion order.
