BJ4.10 Submission of Expressions of Interest to the Pool (to 28/07/2022)

Expressions of Interest submitted in the prescribed manner may be entered into a Pool of Expressions of Interest (the Pool) if the person expressing interest:

1. has confirmed that health and character requirements for entry to the Pool have been met because none of the people included in their Expression of Interest are people who:
   1. would not be granted a medical waiver (see A4.60); or
   2. are described in sections 15 and 16 of the Immigration Act 2009 (see A5.20); and
2. has claimed at least one point for English language ability (see BJ5.35); and
3. has confirmed that they are aged 65 years or younger (see BJ5.25); and
4. has claimed points for a minimum of three years of business experience (see BJ5.30); and
5. has claimed points for a minimum of NZ$3.0 million investment funds (see BJ5.40); and
6. has confirmed that they meet fit and proper person requirements (see BM1).
