Appendix 1 - List of countries using panel doctors (30/07/2012) In some countries, Medical and X-Ray Reports completed by local doctors and radiologists are unreliable. Posts may select and use a medical panel of reputable registered medical doctors and radiologists. Below is a list of countries where Medical and Chest X-ray certificates must be completed by approved INZ Panel Doctors/Radiologists. For a detailed list of the panel doctors in your country please refer to www.immigration.govt.nz/paneldoctor or contact the nearest INZ office. Where a Chest X-ray Certificate or a Medical Certificate is necessary, a completed certificate is required for each member of your family included in the application. Each member of your family is required to have a medical/X-ray form completed. Your Chest X-ray Certificate or Medical Certificate must have been issued less than 3 months before the date that your application for a visa is made, except where otherwise specified. Details about the requirements for Chest X-ray Certificates and Medical Certificates can be found in the INZ Operational Manual under chapter A4 Health Requirements.
