H8.20 Sponsorship Requirements

1. Applicants for a 2022 Special Ukraine Visa must be sponsored by a New Zealand sponsor who meets the acceptable sponsor requirements outlined in E6.5 and may either be:
   1. the Supporting Family Member; or
   2. another natural person, organisation or government agency nominated by the Supporting Family Member.
2. A New Zealand sponsor must agree to the sponsorship undertakings in E6.15.
