H8.10 Making an application for a 2022 Special Ukraine Visa

1. A person may only apply for a visa under these instructions if they are invited to do so.
2. An application must be made within 4 months of the date of the invitation to apply.
3. Each person applies for a visa in their own right.
4. An application for a visa under these instructions must be made by submitting the completed form approved for this purpose to an immigration officer.
5. The Nominated Family Member and any partner and/or dependent children may make their application on the same form.
